I just had a baby a few months ago and my goal is to get back to my weight before I got pregnant. I am hopeful that I can do because I have the desire to get it done and have the support of my husband as well. I have my daily exercise schedule down, so now I need to focus on my diet and anything I can add to help. It will be rough, but once I can get back to my normal weight, then I can go back to eating what I like as long as it is portion sized and I keep exercising.
