Before my wife and I started up our small business, we decided to take a small online course on Personal Development. We learned all about developing our purpose, the kind of power we wanted to have, what would attract people to our business, and us and much more. Even though we had clear goals with the business, we also wanted to see to it that our personal values came through. Our business is going to be very personable, friendly, and ethical. Both my wife and I have a background in business ethics, and we certainly didn’t want to cut our own business short.
